  • Thomas Magnan, founder of Magnan Consulting Services Inc, has been in the Civil and General Constructions trade for 35 years starting as a laborer and working his way up through the ranks to General Manager of a multimillion dollar corporation.
  • Magnan Consulting Services Inc was founded February 2004 and then Incorporated in March of 2006. We have provided Inspection Services for Clients such as the City of Covington, City of Sammamish, City of Yelm, City of Shoreline, King County, working with Engineering and Construction firms such as Hammond Collier Wade Livingston Engineering, KPFF Engineering, Inca Engineering, Vanir, and KPG.
  • Magnan Consulting Services Inc’s goal is to maintain 12 full time Inspectors providing excellence in Service, Communication, and Documentation. Being a Certified Veteran Owned Business, we hire many Veterans coming out of the service to fill our personnel needs. Because of the discipline that military service gives individuals, in addition to the experience they have gained in the Construction trades, this provides our Clients with excellent Inspector Services.
