Scope Work: Construction of an off-street transit center adjacent to Everett Community College. Providing customer service/drivers comfort building with water and sewer service and a security/surveillance system. The site has concrete pavement bus-way, storm drainage system, landscaping, site lighting, concrete walkways and stairways, concrete cantilevered retaining wall, erosion control, earthwork including contaminated soil removal, concrete, & rebar.
